  • Logic is the manufacturer of negative pressure temperature controllers and water line manifolds for the plastic molding industry.
  • Logic knows the Negative pressure process the best because they invented and patented it over 30 years ago.
  • Logic has the  largest variety of bronze & brass cluster valves and manifolds.  Their original design of valves was started in 1977, often copied but the quality has never been duplicated.

Logic Seal™ . . . Leading the way in negative pressure

The original leak stopper

The Logic Seal and Vac-U-Temp do more than just prevent leaks in your mold.  They are part of a system designed to increase the productivity of your molding operation.  Many of your venting and cooling problems will disappear.

SAFER OPERATIONS- Units can be set for little or no positive pressure, which minimizes painful and costly accidents.

Vac-U-Temp

Text Box: The original combination mold heater and leakstopper-it doesn't just prevent leaks in injection molds-it's part of a complete system designed to increase the productivity of your molds!
With the Vac-U-Temp™ System, not only are water leaks a thing of the past, but so are many of your venting and cooling headaches as well.  Only genuine Logic Corporation products may be used with Water Transfer™, Waterline Venting™ or other negative-pressure techniques that will vastly increase your production rate.

Cluster Valves & Manifolds™...Manufacturing Manifolds since 1979

IT'S ONLY LOGICAL.....THAT LOGIC CORPORATION

WOULD INVENT THE MANIFOLD THAT CAN DO WHAT NO

CONVENTIONAL MANIFOLD CAN...

PROVIDE EQUAL PRESSURE DROP ON ALL PAIRS OF PORTS!

Now you don't have to buy two manifolds-one for supply, and one for return when you really only want one.  All you need is one 2 x 4 "Single Point Control" (SPC) Manifold from Logic Corporation (or a 2 x 6 or a 2 x 8).  The SPC is the ONLY manifold that is complete with both supply and return built together as one integral unit.

And, because the supply and return to and from the manifold are opposite each other, all pairs of circuits have the same pressure drop - Guaranteed!  Conventional manifolds have different pressure drops on each pair of ports-if the mold circuits are not connected to exactly the same pairs of ports that they were connected to the last time it ran, the pressure drop will be different on that circuit, hence the flow rate, hence the cooling rate will be different.  The SPC Manifold eliminates this variable.  That will help your Statistical Process Control program-the "other" SPC---to help your bottom line.
