Lower in profile, lower in cost, the TSM 350 / 650 was designed to exactly match the throughput requirements of smaller production lines and has now become the most popular blender range by TSM. Rigid and rugged, these gravimetric blenders are manufactured with reinforced high strength steel and use stainless steel for material contact areas. With the aid of the 3-Phase motor the TSM reverse flight mixing Auger guarantees perfect mixing of all materials, virgin / regrind / Masterbatch.
CONTINUOUS BLENDING
Continuous Gravimetric Blending
From 1 to 8 Material Components and up to 1800 kg/hr.
The TSM Continuous blender offers total reliability, precision and process control options ensuring material homogeneity and guaranteeing consistent product quality. It provides continuous gravimetric and throughput control of up to eight components. The Continuous Blender controls the blend percentages while also maintaining the extruder throughput at the desired level, i.e. kg/hr control.
